"Data speed has been solid so far"
I’ve been using Red Pocket for a few months now, and the data speeds have been solid. Videos usually load without much trouble, and I haven’t run into any major issues. For what I need day to day, it’s been working fine... so yeah, no real complaints at this point.

I’ve been using Red Pocket Mobile for a few months now , and it’s been decent . Around town , the coverage is good and my calls hardly ever drop . The data does slow down here and there , but for the price , I’m happy with how reliable it’s been

"Billing has been easy enough for me"
I’ve been using Red Pocket for a while now, and the billing has been low-stress. Since my plan renews on time and the charges show up clearly in my account, I don’t really have to chase anything down or wonder what I’m being billed for.
Updating my payment info was simple too, so that part didn’t turn into a hassle. The account page can be a little slow and not totally obvious at first, but once I figured out where things were, it worked fine. Because of that, I haven’t had any major billing problems so far.

"I activated my Red Pocket SIM..."
I activated my Red Pocket SIM today and transferred my old number over. I was expecting it to be a hassle, but it actually went smoothly. The port took around 20 minutes, and my phone started working after I restarted it. No major issues, just followed the steps and it was fine. Has anyone else had to restart their phone before it kicked in?

"Good deal for what I need"
I’ve been using Red Pocket for a few months now, and the price is hard to beat. I don’t use a ton of data, so the plan works well for me. There’s something about it being simple and not loaded with extra stuff that I really like. Just affordable phone service that does what I need.

"Support got back to me, just not super fast"
I reached out to support after dinner one night because I was trying to sort things out before getting back to a show I’d paused, and they did reply, but it took a little longer than I expected. The answer was helpful once it came through, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit of a wait.
