"Very satisified Red Pocket customer for 2 years"
I have been a Red Pocket customer for 2 years, and can't say enough good things about them. They support all the major cell carriers, their rates for their 360-day prepaid plans are unbeatable, and I have found their technical support to be top-notch. When I contacted support for assistance setting up another person's service, including porting their number, I was able to reach a support person online within just a few minutes. They were very helpful and were able to get the number port started. After the port had completed, I contacted them again to complete setup. Again was able to reach a support person online in a matter of minutes, and they were able to help me complete the setup.
